However, real-world conditions aren’t always perfect. Installation issues, electrical problems, misuse, or other outside factors can cause clutch failure – even within the first year – and those situations are not always eligible for warranty coverage.

To support customers in these cases, we created the Ox Clutch Lifetime Discount Program.

Built to protect your investment long after the warranty ends

The Ox Clutch Lifetime Discount Program provides a reduced-cost replacement when a PTO clutch failure is not eligible for warranty coverage, regardless of when the failure occurs.

If your Ox Clutch fails due to installation issues, electrical problems, misuse, wear, or other non-manufacturing causes, customers may purchase a brand-new replacement clutch and installation kit at a discounted price based on how long the original clutch was owned. Each replacement includes a new one-year warranty, and the Lifetime Discount Program resets for the new clutch.

How the Lifetime Discount Program Works

The Lifetime Discount Program is tied to a specific Ox Clutch purchase, not to all future purchases.

If a clutch failure is determined to be not eligible for warranty coverage — whether that occurs during or after the warranty period — the program may be used to purchase a discounted replacement. There are no limitations on the cause of failure.

➡️When the program is used:

• You receive a complete replacement PTO clutch and installation kit
• The replacement clutch includes a new one-year warranty
• The Lifetime Discount Program resets for the replacement clutch

Lifetime Discount Schedule

The discount applied is based on how long the original clutch was owned:

• Years 1–2: 20% off the current replacement price
• Year 3: 15% off the current replacement price
• Year 4 and beyond: 10% off the current replacement price

Example Discount Calculation:

If the current price of your clutch is $400 and your original invoice date falls within Year 3:

$400 − 15% = $340

This discounted price applies to a complete replacement clutch and installation kit.

How to Activate the Lifetime Discount Program:

To request a discounted replacement, please email us at: info@oxclutch.com with the following information:

• Your original Ox Clutch order number
• The name the order was placed under
• A picture of the failed Ox Clutch

Upon confirming your original order, we will email you a link with your lifetime discount! Simply follow the link to checkout and your order will be complete!
