When installed according to the included instructions, you can expect this product to serve you for many years. To ensure this is the case, Ox Clutch has created the following Lifetime Discount program to augment the one-year warranty included with each Ox Clutch. 

The table below outlines costs associated with the various stages of the discount program. There are no limitations as to the cause of failure when utilizing the discount program. It can be activated for any reason, even neglect, improper installation, whatever. When you take advantage of the discount program, you will receive a complete new clutch and installation kit. This clutch will be covered by a new one-year warranty as well as this Lifetime Discount Program. Both the warranty and the discount program will start as new.  

The discount you will receive is based on how much time you have owned the clutch. The longer the clutch has been in use, the higher percentage of service it has provided.

Lifetime Discount Program Table:

Year one and two:  Current cost less 20%
Year three:  Current cost less 15%
Year four and subsequent years:  Current cost less 10% 

Payment calculation example:
The current cost of your failed clutch is, say $400.00. The invoice date falls within year three. $400.00 less 15%=$340.00. 

How to Submit a Clutch for the Lifetime Discount Program:

To activate this program, please email us at: info@oxclutch.com with the following information:

• Your original Ox Clutch order number
• The name the order was placed under
• A picture of the failed Ox Clutch

Upon confirming your original order, we will email you a link with your lifetime discount! Simply follow the link to checkout and your order will be complete!
